Submit your New Client Intake Form and receive an email invitation to set up your free Time To Pet account. From scheduling visits and messaging our team to viewing post-visit Report Cards and reviewing invoices, Time To Pet keeps your pet’s care easy, secure, and convenient!

Step 2: Schedule Your Registration Meeting
During our in-home Registration Meeting, we meet you and your pets’, tour your pet’s environment, learn feeding and exercise routines, review care instructions, and conduct a brief behavioral assessment to ensure safety and consistency from day one. At our meeting, we’ll set up a secure, combination-protected lockbox on site, which you can purchase directly from us for $30. As a professional pet care company, we never use outdoor hiding spots like fake rocks or doormats, keeping your home completely secure and making sure your key is never misplaced. Your lockbox code is strictly confidential and encrypted in your client portal, giving you total peace of mind every time we visit.
Step 3: Book Services
Request your desired service dates and times directly through the Time To Pet app. Once we approve your booking, our system automatically processes your payment method on file. Now sit back and relax—we’ll handle everything your pet needs to thrive while you’re away!
